運送時間 :
> 當訂單確認並成功付款後, 若貨品齊全, 我們將於 3-4個工作天內安排出貨, 並透過電郵通知您 。(部分產品因庫存狀況可能發生配送延遲。具體安排將根據製造商通知進行調整。)
> 若無特殊指示, 我們將待所有貨品齊全後一併出貨 。
> 請注意：訂單一經確認及付款後即無法取消 。

庫存說明 :
由於部分產品款式或度數可能因補貨不及時而缺貨, 如遇「斷貨」情況。 (即表示無法確定何時會有庫存。) 我們將立即以電郵/SMS通知您 。您可選擇以下處理方式：
1. 等待補貨：待貨品齊全後一併出貨 。
2. 分批出貨：先安排現貨出貨，補貨後再寄送剩餘商品 (將產生額外運費) 。
3. 部分退款：僅取消缺貨商品並退款, 其餘商品正常出貨 。
4. 全單取消：取消整筆訂單並全額退款 。

服務範圍：目前僅提供香港順豐配送服務 。
> 順豐門市/智能櫃自取：購物滿 HK$500, 即可享免費送貨優惠。如未滿指定金額, 將收取運費 HK$30/單 。
> 工商地址/住宅配送：購物滿 HK$500, 即可享免費送貨優惠。如未滿 指定金額, 將收取運費 HK$30/單 。

附註：如有任何爭議, Lenslogic 保留最終決定權 。

 

Delivery Time:


Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, we will arrange to ship the goods within 3-4 working days. You will be notified by email when the goods have been shipped. (Delivery delays may occur for certain products due to inventory availability. Specific arrangements will be adjusted based on manufacturer notifications.)


In the absence of specific instructions to the contrary, we will schedule the shipment of the goods once all items are ready.
Please be advised that once an order has been confirmed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled.


Inventory:

In the event of products being out of stock due to delayed replenishment, (This means we cannot confirm when inventory will be available. ) Customers will be notified immediately via email. There are several options available to you when it comes to dealing with the situation:

  1. We are currently awaiting replenishment. We will dispatch the products together when they are all in stock.
  2. Split shipment: We will arrange to ship out the remaining items after we replenish the stock (an additional shipping fee will be incurred).
  3. Partial Refund: Please note that cancelled orders will only be actioned for out-of-stock items, with the rest of the order being shipped as normal.
  4. Full Order Cancellation: Please be advised that the order will be cancelled in its entirety and a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Fee:
Service Scope: At present, our delivery service is only available in Hong Kong.
S.F. Store/Smartbox Collection: For purchases exceeding HK$500, complimentary delivery is offered. In the event that the specified amount is not reached, a delivery fee of HK$30 per order will be charged.
Commercial/Residential Delivery: For purchases exceeding HK$500, complimentary delivery is available. In the event that the specified amount is not reached, a shipping fee of HK$30 per order will be applied.

Please note that Lenslogic reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
