退款政策
30 Day Returns Refund Policy
All products purchased through Lenslogic come with a 30 day return guarantee (from date of shipment). If the item is faulty and meets the return policy, you may return it for a refund within the time limit.
Pre-Purchase Note
Please be sure to check the following information is correct before placing your order :
> Curvature of Contact Lens (BC Value) .
>Lens Diameter (TD).
>Degree (Myopia/Farsightedness/Presbyopia/Astigmatism and Axis).
>Colour & Style.
Note: No refund or exchange due to personal choice error (e.g. wrong prescription, unsatisfactory colour/style, etc.).
1. Checking Procedure after Receiving
1. Immediate Inspection
> Please check ‘within 24 hours’ after receiving the item:
~ Whether the Lens degree is the same as the order .
~Does the style/colour match the purchase record.
~ If you find that the item does not match your order or the packaging is damaged/defective, please take a clear photo (with the barcode label) and contact us at return@lenslogic.com.hk. We will help to replace or refund the money.
2. Late return and refund request will not be accepted
~Over the return and refund policy time limit or have been unpacked and used (including try on) of the goods, will not be able to accept the return of goods .
Returns Condition
1. Packaging condition.
The condition of the goods must be in its original state (unused, unworn, labels intact, packaging intact). Receipt or proof of purchase is required. After our review, we confirm that it does not affect the secondary sales.
2 Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances.
Due to personal reasons (e.g. not satisfied with the prescription/curvature, colour/style, etc.). Unpacked contact lens products (regardless of responsibility).
Customized products (e.g. special order or personalized items) and gift cards.
Return Procedure
1. Contact Customer Service
> Please contact us immediately via return@lenslogic.com.hk and provide:
~ Clear photo of the product (with label barcode).
~ Order number and description of the problem.
2. Review and Return Labelling
> If the return is approved, we will provide return shipping labels and guidelines.
> Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
> Upon receipt of a return, we will review the return and notify you of the result within 10 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method (excluding bank/credit card fees), and the actual time of receipt will depend on the financial institution's practices.
If you do not receive a refund within 15 working days, please contact us.
Note
> To speed up the process, we recommend returning the item as soon as after approval and placing a new order for the correct item(s) you need.
> Lenslogic reserves the right to make the final decision on return disputes.
